Nathaniel Adegoke
Nathaniel Adegoke is a trained management consultant with several years experience working within consultancy and projects environment. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a master’s degree in Operations and Production Management. He is also an alumnus of HEC Paris where he studied MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
He is the managing partner at Project People Limited. A firm he started 12 years ago after returning to Nigeria form the UK where he had previously lived and worked. He was part of the very first APMG’s PRINCE2 Professional assessment in the world which he passed brilliantly. He is an accredited Management of Risk (MoR) Practitioner and the first APMG approved PRINCE2 trainer in West Africa. His major areas of competence and specialization include strategy, business development and project management.
He is an avid investor with interest in real estate and the capital market. He sits on the Board of many successful companies and a NGO he founded in 2017, Peter Adegoke Foundation.

Tosin Adeyeye
Tosin Adeyeye is a trained consultant with several years of experience in the Healthcare IT Industry. With a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and master’s degrees in Business Administration and Technology Management, Tosin understands the importance of innovation and how integral it is to the continued growth and success of a thriving company. Tosin has served as a valuable resource for multiple hospitals systems across the United States.
In addition, Tosin holds a Master of Divinity degree from Duke Divinity School, as she recognizes that the success of a company is dependent on the mental health of its employees. Her areas of expertise are process implementation and operations.

Judith Estelle Bayiha Samnick
Judith Bayiha is a seasoned marketing professional and business manager. With a proven track record of driving growth and profitability, she has excelled in navigating complex markets through strategic initiatives and leadership excellence as a result of her commitment to her mission which is to leave a mark in the industry.
Judith is strongly driven by a passion for creating impactful solutions that generate business growth and build strong brand equity. Her career highlights include managing highprofile portfolios, spearheading market-specific brand launches, and delivering growth in competitive markets. Most recently serving as General Manager for GDN Nigeria, a local subsidiary of the international French group AGENCE NETTER, Judith led the exclusive distribution of renowned brands mainly within wine & spirits category such as LVMH’s Hennessy, Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, among others.
She is known for orchestrating brand portfolio expansion through acquisitions and achieving sustained revenue growth through effective collaborations with key industry players as Distribution Partners. Her ability to synthesize data-driven insights and innovative marketing strategies led to the implementation of transformative Route-To-Market and performance tracking initiatives using modernize market intelligence tools. This did not only strengthen brand presence but also deepened stakeholder relationships.
During her extensive career with British American Tobacco (BAT), she demonstrated exceptional expertise in Brand creation & management, Strategic market deployment, Sales & Trade Marketing, Leadership & Team Development across diverse and competitive markets in West and Central Africa such as Cameroon, Gabon, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Niger etc. Her leadership and strategic contributions consistently drove business growth, enhanced market share, and fostered brand excellence. With a strong foundation in strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder engagement, her tenure at BAT reflects a career defined by impactful contributions and a commitment to excellence in marketing and business development.
Judith holds a Bachelor’s in Sales and Marketing from St. Jerome Catholic University of Douala and a Higher Graduate Diploma in International Business from Cambridge International College. Complementing her academic foundation are certifications in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, and Competitive Strategy from globally recognized institutions. Fluent in English and French, she is passionate about leveraging her expertise to drive transformative growth in dynamic business landscapes.
